Who We Are
Lucy Thorp Suell was literally born into the industry. She grew up in Houston, Texas, admiring the dedication her dad, grandpa, and great grandpa showed — and she's excited to carry the torch.
Lucy went to her first rig site as a baby and has spent her life surrounded by the grit, heart, and ingenuity of the oil and gas business. After years learning multiple sides of the industry working for several different incredible companies, she founded Paradise Energy Partners in 2026 to build something of her own — rooted in legacy, driven by purpose, and guided by values.
